When you ignore your default and foreclosure options, your home may get sold at a Foreclosure Auction
and/or go back to the lender. You will get evicted and the foreclosure sale is on your credit report. Worse yet,
you MAY owe the lender a Deficiency Judgement if your home is sold for less than you owe -- this can be
financially devastating. Many homeowners faced with this situation do nothing, allowing the problem to
